  - Driver told me upon collection airport bound that he had a note saying I had not paid. I had to call the lady in the office on the trip to locate my payment (paid online weeks earlier within the 2 week payment date with a Visa Debit card). I wasn’t sure of my payment method, which made a difference to her locating my payment and she was unable to clarify this for me. I would have preferred this matter to be dealt with earlier than on the day of my departure.

  - Driver collecting us from the airport called us several times to find out where we were and how long we will be (we cannot control late planes and immigration/customs clearance times, one phone call would suffice). When we met up with the group the driver commented several times on our luggage (number of items and weight) – which was half the allowable pieces and all within the weight requirement.

  The bus was neat and comfortable and the drive puts your luggage on/off the bus for you.

  Jervis Bay Shuttle provides a convenient service whereby you are collected from your home and dropped off at the airport terminal with plenty of time to check-in to your flight.

  Reliable, great service and very friendly staff. We have used JBA Express many times and we always had the best experience. And to tell you the truth, there is no alternative to them. The alternative is to drive your own car or take bus and train with luggage. We have done all the options and JBAExpress is the best one for us.

  Jervis bay airport express were both late on my trip. We were waiting over an hour for our bus. The lady on the phone was extremely rude.

  I agree with the last review. Bus was both late and the woman who took my call was extremely rude!
